Damian Catera's new short video HOT DICK v.a will be screened publically for the first time during the D.U.M.B.O Art Under The Bridge Short Film and Video Festival. The festival, which is curated by Les LeVeque and Daniella Dooling, will take place on October 18+19 at 55 Washington Street, 3rd Floor in Brooklyn.

HOT will be screened during the "Surfing Systems" program which will take place Saturday October 18 at 8:30 pm.

HOT DICK v.a is an exploration of the dialectic between text and subtext in contemporary political discourse. In this piece, footage from a Dick Cheney Speech is randomly rearranged to unearth the possibly true motivations behind current US geopolitical activity.
